To customer serviceWhen will I receive my Happy Backbox?
We send out the Happy Backbox every two months on the 1st of February, April, June, August, October and December.
How often will I receive my Happy Backbox?
This depends entirely on the subscription model you choose. With our "trial subscription" you have a flexible term and can cancel after the first box. This model is therefore ideal if you only want to receive a single box (or give it as a gift, for example). With the "Enthusiast" model, you have a minimum term of 3 boxes over a period of 6 months. With the "Baking Lover" model, there is a minimum term of 6 boxes every two months spread over 12 months. The subscription can be canceled at any time after the minimum term has expired.
Can I give the Happy Baking Box as a gift?
Yes, of course! You'll make someone very happy with this. At the end of the checkout, enter the address of the person receiving the gift as the delivery address and we will send the box directly to the lucky person. Just don't forget to cancel the box if you only want it to be a one-off gift 😉
Are the recipes in the box easy to make?
Each box contains a booklet with detailed instructions and picture descriptions for each recipe. The baking box also contains all the necessary baking accessories. This means that nothing can go wrong and you can easily recreate the recipes at home. Of course, we are always available to answer any questions you may have!
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your Happy Sprinkles customer account and managing your subscriptions there. Don't have a customer account yet? No problem! You can easily create one by clicking on the little man at the top right of our website or automatically at checkout. Important: The email address of your customer account must match the email address you used to book the subscription.
If you have taken out your subscription by direct debit mandate, simply send us an email with your cancellation request to info@happysprinkles.com.
When can I cancel my subscription?
The cancellation option depends on the subscription you have chosen. With the "Trial" subscription, you can cancel after the first box. With the "Enthusiast" subscription, you can cancel after the 3rd box. The "Baking Lover" subscription can be canceled after the 6th box. Please note that we must always receive your notice of termination by the 24th before a new box is sent (e.g. the box will be sent on June 1st, if you no longer wish to receive it, we need your notice of termination by May 24th).
Are there shipping costs for each box?
Yes, the shipping costs shown apply to every Backbox.
Can I order additional products for my Happy Baking Box?
Yes, when ordering via our online store, this is possible once when taking out a subscription. The products will then be sent together with the Backbox.
