Online Shop & Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Responsibility for all shop and marketplace management
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing the online shop, including
  product listing, description, and categorization.
• Creating appealing product descriptions and content to improve
  customer engagement
• Performing backend work, A/B testing, conversion rate
  optimizations, and SEO measures
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and
  acquire customers
• Analyzing sales data and deriving recommendations for
  optimizing business performance
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement
  promotions and sales campaigns

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed commercial training or a relevant
  university degree
• Experience in shop management or retail, ideally in a startup environment
• Experience maintaining and updating online shops as well as in
  creating product descriptions
• Solid knowledge and experience in backend work, especially with
  Billbee and Shopify
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
  changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting
  sales data
• Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
• HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus

Job type: Full-time, part-time, permanent position, fixed-term contract

Expected working hours: 30-40 per week
