In this intensive 3-hour course, under the expert guidance of our pastry chef Laura, you will learn how to transform a cake step-by-step into a real masterpiece. This is what we have in store:
Perfect buttercream:
Together we will whip up a velvety buttercream and you will learn how to make it perfect. Together we will color the buttercream in the colors of your choice.
Coating technique:
We use already filled cakes to practise the spreading technique so that the base of your cake looks nice and smooth and professional.
Use Happy Drips:
Find out how to use our popular Happy Drips and give your cake the trendy drip cake look.
Spraying techniques and rosettes:
Explore different piping nozzles and learn how to apply rosettes and decorative elements to give your cake a special touch.
Individual design:
Decorate your cake to your taste with a large selection of Happy Sprinkles
